Backyard Project
A Regenerative Learning Ecosystem

The Bisbee Science Lab is located at 519 W Melody Lane, Bisbee AZ, a property owned and operated by the Bisbee Unified School District. The Bisbee Science Lab, in conjunction with the Bisbee Unified School District, Copper Queen Library, and Bisbee community are working to redesign the roughly 8 acre backyard into a versatile public space. We are thrilled to introduce our Design Team which includes SALT Landscape Architecture, Wilder Landscapes, Creative Machines, and PSOMAS

The Backyard Project is in swing! We have reached 75% schematic design, which we shared at our Backyard Blast in July. Over 130 people attend and provide feedback on our designs so far. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to get the most up-to-date information about this project or email Thea at thea@bisbeesciencelab.org with any questions.
